Understanding the cost of counseling is an important part of choosing care. Anchored Tranquility Counseling accepts a variety of insurance plans and offers a self-pay option.

Self-Pay: $130 Per Session

If you prefer not to use insurance or your plan is not accepted, the self-pay rate is $130 per session.

Understanding Your Benefits

Before your first appointment, contact your insurance provider to ask:

• Is Erin Choice at Anchored Tranquility Counseling in-network under my specific plan?

• Does my plan cover outpatient mental health counseling and telehealth?

• Do I have a deductible, copayment, or coinsurance?

• Is a referral or prior authorization required?

Your share of the cost depends on your benefits and how your insurer processes the claim. Verification of benefits is not a guarantee of payment.

Out-of-Network Options

If your insurance plan is not accepted, we can provide a superbill—a detailed receipt you may submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Reimbursement depends on your plan and is not guaranteed. Please ask your insurer about eligibility and submission requirements.

Payment Methods

Self-pay fees, copayments, and other amounts due are payable at the time of service.

Card payments are accepted through Ivy Pay. Payment arrangements are provided during the intake process.

Payments cannot currently be made directly through this website.

Cancellations and Missed Appointments

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

A $70 fee applies to appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice and appointments missed without notice. This fee is your responsibility and is not billed to insurance.

If an unexpected situation affects your ability to attend, please contact us as soon as possible.
