Believing strongly in the potential within each individual, Erin focuses on utilizing clients' strengths to create a path toward healing & growth. With an eclectic approach to counseling, Erin integrates various therapeutic methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques, to tailor the counseling experience to each client's unique needs. Whether addressing trauma, anxiety, depression, or life transitions, Erin is passionate about guiding her clients toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.

My Story
Outside of the therapy room, life is full of the little joys that keep me grounded and connected. I share my home with two amazing dogs—Creed, my loyal, chatty Australian Shepherd, and Morgan, my semi-social Yorkipoo—who never fail to bring laughter and comfort to my days.
In my spare time. You will often find me reading a good book, bowling with friends, or coloring as a way to relax and recharge. I’m also a passionate football fan, proudly cheering for the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Penn State Nittany Lions every season.

I am especially dedicated to supporting survivors of domestic violence, a cause that has shaped my commitment to providing safe, nonjudgmental spaces for healing and empowerment. My life, both personally and professionally, reflects a belief in resilience, compassion, and the strength that comes from having a supportive community.
